Bruh! Unfortunately, weed is illegal in Kansas.
That blows. But maybe you could help?
Overview
Kansas does not allow recreational or medical marijuana, with strict laws against marijuana derivatives. The state allows CBD products only if they contain no THC whatsoever. Recent legislative attempts to introduce medical marijuana have not yet succeeded, and both Delta-8 and Delta-9 THC are effectively prohibited under state law.
